  • The Blanket Warming Unit (WB1000) is a revolutionary temperature management system designed to prevent hypothermia and to keep patients at a normal core body temperature during preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative phases of orthopedic surgery.

  • The unique,  closed system ensures that there is no air leakage during use, eliminating the risk of infection through bacteria being swept up through contaminated air particles and into wounds during surgery. This also poses decreased infection risk for surgeons, as contaminated air particles are not swept up and into their airwaves from expelled air.

  • As no air is radiated from the device, the temperature in the operating room will not increase through use of the device.
